No two pregnancies are alike. Your baby bump is part of a very special chapter in your life — and with a Baby Belly Bowl, its unique shape can become a lasting ceramic keepsake.

Each bowl is individually handmade in our studio, making every piece as personal and one-of-a-kind as the pregnancy it represents.

Your belly, captured in clay

During your appointment, you can choose to let us create the shape, or you and your partner can take part and cut it yourselves. After carefully shaping the clay directly onto your belly, we create a three-dimensional impression that follows the natural curves and contours of your baby bump.

This original impression then becomes the foundation for your ceramic bowl. What starts as a special experience during pregnancy is transformed into an object you can keep forever — displayed as a beautiful decorative piece or used as a fruit bowl in your home.

Make it truly yours

Once your bowl has been shaped, we carefully add a foot ring for a stable base. Then you can select your preferred glaze color from our collection. We then finish and fire your piece by hand, paying close attention to every detail.

For an additional personal touch, you can also have your baby's name or a date stamped onto the underside of the bowl. A small detail that makes your keepsake even more personal.

Duration and Price

We recommend booking your Baby Belly Bowl around week 32–34 of pregnancy. The complete experience takes approximately 1 hour, and you are welcome to bring a loved one.

The price for the experience and your individually handcrafted Baby Belly Bowl is 248 € — all materials and firings included. After approx. 6-7 weeks, your bowl will be ready for pick up.

Already have a plaster cast of your baby bump? No problem – we can also create your very own Baby Belly Bowl from an existing plaster cast. This way, we can transform an already meaningful keepsake into a unique ceramic piece that you can treasure for years to come.
